Most template sites sell a subscription in order to hand you a Word file with blanks in it. This one hands you the assembled document, with real clauses, for one euro, and keeps nothing of what you type.
Why it exists
Because someone who needs a services agreement at eleven at night does not want a subscription, they want the agreement. And because the common alternative, a template downloaded from somewhere, tends to be a file with no clauses and another company name forgotten halfway down.
How it is built
All the work runs in your browser. The program that assembles the document loads with the page and works on your computer: there is no server receiving what you type, because there is nowhere to send it. This is not a configuration option that could quietly change one day, it is how the thing is built.
What you pay for, and what you do not
One euro for the document you generate. No monthly fee, no renewal and nothing to cancel. The declaration opens without paying, one a day, and it exists so you can see how the rest works before spending a cent.
We say what the documents do not do
Every document page has a section called "Limits, said upfront", and it sits above the pay button. It is where we say that the invoice receipt does not replace a certified invoice, that a simple power of attorney will not sell a property, and that signing a liability waiver does not waive liability for gross negligence. Losing a sale by saying this is cheaper than winning one without.
We are not lawyers, and do not pretend to be
The templates were written from common Portuguese practice. They cover ordinary cases and do not replace advice for your situation. Every document prints with that warning in the footer.
We do not hold your documents
There is no history, no backup and no way to recover what you generated. It is the other face of nothing leaving your browser, and it is why we insist on keeping the PDF at the time.
