Real clauses, not a blank form
The difference between a useful template and a useless one is the clauses. Each document brings its own, written from common Portuguese practice: subject matter, term, payment, confidentiality, jurisdiction. The fields you fill in land inside them, not on an empty sheet with gaps.
Portuguese, English and Spanish, written separately
The three versions are not machine translations of one another. Switching language halfway keeps everything you have typed, and the document changes language with text that is right for that language.
Nothing you type leaves your computer
There is no server receiving what you fill in. The document is built in your browser, and when you close the page nothing is stored anywhere. This is not a privacy-policy promise: it is how the product is built.
It is not legal advice
The templates were written from common Portuguese practice and cover ordinary cases. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer for your case, and every document prints with that warning in the footer, with no way to remove it. High-value contracts, live disputes and regulated situations deserve review by someone who knows the field.
It is not invoicing software
There is a payment request document, but it is not an invoice for tax purposes: in Portugal, anyone with a registered activity issues invoices through certified software, with ATCUD and QR code. That document page says so before anything else.
It does not sign or send anything
The document prints with signature blocks ready. Signing it, registering it with the post office and delivering it is your work, and where that decides the outcome, the document page explains why.
Questions before you start.
Do I need an account?
For the declaration, no: it opens without paying and without an account, one a day. For the other thirteen, yes, and the account is created by magic link, with no password.
What does it cost exactly?
One euro per document, as a one-off purchase. You pay for the document you generate; you are left with no monthly fee and nothing to renew.
Is my data stored?
No. The document is built in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. When you close the page, nothing remains. Keep the PDF you generated, because there is no way to recover it afterwards.
Can I edit the document afterwards?
The fields you fill in feed the text and change the document in real time. The clauses themselves are not editable here: to change those, edit the file after saving it.
Does it work on a phone?
It does. On a narrow screen the form sits on top and the document below, and it keeps updating with every field you fill.
