What you type
stays here.
Documents are built in your browser. What you fill in is never sent to any server of ours, and nothing is stored anywhere once you close the page. This page says what we actually receive, which is little, and why.
The content of the documents: we never see it
Names, tax numbers, amounts, filled-in clauses, everything you type into the fields. None of it is sent to us, and that is not a policy matter: the program that builds the document runs on your computer, and there is nowhere to send it. When you close the page, it is gone. That is why we insist on keeping the PDF: we hold no copy to give you later.
Your email, if you create an account
Paying for a document requires an account, and the account is an email address. We use it to send you the sign-in link and to associate the documents you bought. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties and do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Payment, which belongs to Stripe
Card details are handled by Stripe and never pass through us: we do not store them, do not see them and have no way to reach them. What we receive from Stripe is confirmation that payment was made, and enough to link it to your account.
What we measure
How many people open each document, how many reach the end, and which pages they came from. It tells us which documents are missing and where the site confuses people. It is aggregate counting, not watching individuals.
What we do not measure, and cannot
The content of the documents. We have no access to it at any point, so there is nothing in it to measure, aggregate or lose.
Consent
Measurement only runs after you accept it in the notice shown on your first visit. Declining closes nothing on the site: all fourteen documents work just the same, because none of them depends on measurement to work.
Questions about privacy.
Do you use cookies?
We use what the account session needs, and measurement ones only if you accept them. There are no advertising cookies and no sharing with ad networks.
Do you keep my documents?
No. They never leave your browser, so there is nothing to keep. A lost document cannot be recovered, not even by us.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from the account email asking for it. We delete the record, including the payment history, except what tax law requires us to retain.
What if I use this on a shared computer?
Close the page when you are done. Since nothing is stored, we leave no history of ours on the machine, but the PDF you save stays wherever you save it.
