The declaration: free, one a day
It opens with no account and no card. It is the simplest of the fourteen and the one most often needed suddenly, frequently just once in a lifetime. It also lets you see how the rest works before paying anything: the fields, the preview alongside, the printing.
The other thirteen: one euro each
A one-off purchase of the document you generate. You pay for that one, print that one, and that is it: you are left with no subscription, and paying today commits you to nothing tomorrow. Come back in six months needing another contract, and you pay another euro.
Why there is no subscription
Because most people who need a tenancy agreement need a tenancy agreement, not fourteen documents a month. Charging a monthly fee to someone who uses this twice a year would be charging them for not using it. One euro per document is what matches what the person actually takes away.
The document in three languages
Portuguese, English and Spanish. Switching language is not another document and not another payment: it is the same document, with text that is right for the language you pick.
The full set of clauses
The clauses are not an extra. Every document comes with its own, written from common Portuguese practice, and the fields you fill in land inside them.
Printing and PDF
The document prints ready, and your browser print dialog offers save as PDF. Keep it: once you close the page nothing of ours remains, because nothing of ours ever existed outside your computer.
Questions about pricing.
Is one euro per document or per month?
Per document. A one-off purchase. There is no monthly amount at all, and nothing to cancel afterwards.
If I generate the same document again, do I pay again?
If you come back later and generate a new document, yes. That is why it is worth keeping the PDF at the time: nothing is stored on our side, and there is no history to recover.
Do I need an account to pay?
Yes, and it is created by magic link: you type your email, you get a link, you are in. There is no password to invent or to forget.
Can I get an invoice?
Payment is processed by Stripe, and its receipt reaches the email you use. For an invoice with your tax number, write to us with the details.
What if the document does not fit my case?
Every document has a page saying, before you pay, what it does and what it does not, including the cases where a generic template is not enough. Read that section first: it is written precisely to save you a euro when the answer is no.
